This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using OmniDino’s website, AI workspace, API services and future platform features.

1. General Principle

OmniDino is designed to help users build, create and work with AI responsibly. You may not use OmniDino to harm others, break the law, abuse systems or bypass safety measures.

2. Illegal Activity

You may not use OmniDino to plan, facilitate, promote or execute illegal activity, fraud, theft, cybercrime or unlawful surveillance.

3. Abuse of AI Systems

You may not attempt to bypass safety controls, rate limits, payment systems, model restrictions or access controls. You may not use automated abuse, scraping, credential stuffing or denial-of-service activity.

4. Harmful Content

You may not use OmniDino to generate or distribute content that promotes violence, harassment, exploitation, self-harm, hate, non-consensual sexual content or serious real-world harm.

5. Malware and Cyber Abuse

You may not use OmniDino to create malware, phishing kits, credential theft tools, exploit chains, botnets or instructions intended to compromise systems.

6. Misrepresentation

You may not use OmniDino to impersonate others, mislead users, create deceptive services or falsely represent AI-generated content as verified human or official content where doing so could cause harm.

7. Regulated Activities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of OmniDino complies with applicable rules for regulated areas such as financial advice, medical advice, legal advice, hiring, education, insurance and other high-impact decisions.

8. API Usage

API users must secure their API keys, avoid unauthorized sharing and follow usage limits. OmniDino may suspend keys that show suspicious, abusive or harmful activity.

9. Payments and Fraud

You may not use stolen payment methods, chargeback abuse, fake identities, unauthorized reselling or other fraudulent payment behavior.

10. Enforcement

OmniDino may limit, suspend or terminate access if we believe this policy has been violated, or if activity creates risk for users, infrastructure, providers or the public.

11. Reporting Abuse

If you believe OmniDino is being used in violation of this policy, please contact us with relevant details.
