These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of OmniDino’s website, API platform, dashboard, model routing services and related products.
1. Overview
By accessing or using OmniDino, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
OmniDino provides AI API access, model routing, dashboard tools, account management and related infrastructure services. Some features may depend on third-party model providers, payment providers or infrastructure partners.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use OmniDino. If you use OmniDino on behalf of a company, organization or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, dashboard access and API keys.
- Do not share your password or API keys with unauthorized parties.
- Do not publish API keys in frontend code, public repositories, screenshots or support messages.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or API keys.
- You must notify OmniDino if you suspect unauthorized access or key leakage.
4. API Access and Model Routing
OmniDino may provide access to multiple AI model routes through a unified API gateway. Available models, routes, rate limits, pricing and features may change over time.
We may route requests through official API providers, third-party providers, self-hosted GPU infrastructure or other infrastructure depending on service configuration and selected model route.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of model outputs is appropriate for your use case and complies with applicable laws, third-party terms and OmniDino policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use OmniDino to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right.
- Generate, distribute or facilitate malware, phishing, spam, fraud or unauthorized access.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, billing systems, authentication, security controls or usage restrictions.
- Reverse engineer, overload, scrape, attack or disrupt OmniDino services.
- Submit highly sensitive data unless you have appropriate authorization and safeguards.
- Use the services in a way that may harm OmniDino, other users, infrastructure providers or model providers.

6. Billing, Balance and Usage
OmniDino may charge based on balance top-ups, model usage, subscription features, enterprise arrangements or other pricing structures displayed on the platform.
- Different models and routes may have different rates.
- Usage is generally measured by request, token, model route, service unit or other platform-defined metric.
- You are responsible for monitoring your balance and API usage.
- Prices, model availability and billing rules may change over time.
- Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.
Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the Refund Policy or applicable written agreement.
7. Third-Party Providers
Some OmniDino services depend on third-party providers, including AI model providers, infrastructure providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics tools and security services.
Your use of certain features may be subject to third-party terms, availability, rate limits and service changes. OmniDino is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, model changes or provider-side limitations.
8. User Content and Outputs
You are responsible for prompts, files, messages, code, data and other content you submit through OmniDino. You are also responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before relying on them.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for your intended use. Do not rely on outputs as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions without professional review.
9. Service Availability
We aim to provide stable and reliable services, but OmniDino may experience downtime, maintenance, rate limits, provider outages, routing changes or temporary interruptions.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, models or routes at any time, with or without notice, where necessary for security, compliance, technical, business or provider-related reasons.
10. Suspension and Termination
OmniDino may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, applicable policies, laws, third-party provider rules or if your use creates risk for the platform or other users.
You may stop using OmniDino at any time. Certain records may be retained as required for billing, legal, security or compliance purposes.
11. Disclaimers
OmniDino services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, safe, lawful, complete or suitable for any specific use case.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniDino will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption or loss of goodwill.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we may update the effective date above and post the revised version on this page.
Continued use of OmniDino after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
