1. Overview
OmniDino is designed to help developers, creators, teams and businesses access AI models through a stable and affordable API gateway. To protect users, infrastructure, model providers and the public, all users must follow this Acceptable Use Policy.
This policy applies to your use of OmniDino services, including API requests, prompts, files, outputs, applications, API keys, dashboard access and any integrations connected to OmniDino.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for how your account, API keys, applications and users interact with OmniDino. You must ensure your usage complies with applicable laws, third-party provider rules, OmniDino policies and any written agreements.
- Keep your API keys private and secure.
- Monitor your applications for abuse, excessive usage and unauthorized access.

3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use OmniDino to create, assist, automate, distribute or facilitate:
- Illegal activity, fraud, scams, theft, deception or unauthorized access.
- Malware, ransomware, spyware, phishing kits, credential theft, botnets or malicious code.
- Spam, mass abuse, platform manipulation or deceptive automation.
- Harassment, threats, targeted abuse, doxxing or non-consensual exposure of personal information.
- Content that sexually exploits or endangers children.
- Instructions to cause physical harm, evade law enforcement or commit violence.
- Unauthorized surveillance, tracking, profiling or identity impersonation.
- Attempts to bypass safety systems, rate limits, billing systems, authentication or platform restrictions.
4. Security Abuse
You may not use OmniDino for harmful cybersecurity activity. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Exploiting vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Generating or improving malware, credential stealers, phishing pages or exploit chains.
- Automating attacks, brute force attempts, credential stuffing or denial-of-service activity.
- Bypassing access controls, paywalls, authentication systems or security monitoring.
- Scanning, probing or attacking systems that you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
Legitimate defensive security research may be allowed only when performed lawfully, responsibly and with proper authorization.
5. Content Restrictions
You may not use OmniDino to generate or distribute content that violates applicable law or creates serious risk of harm. This may include:
- Deceptive content intended to mislead people about identity, source or authenticity.
- Non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation or abusive sexual content.
- Instructions for weapons, explosives, harmful substances or physical harm.
- Content that promotes extremist violence or recruitment.
- Hate, harassment or targeted abuse toward protected groups or individuals.
- Medical, legal, financial or other professional advice presented as guaranteed or authoritative without proper qualification.
6. Regulated and High-Impact Use
Certain use cases require extra care and may be restricted or require additional approval. These include:
- Healthcare, diagnosis, treatment recommendations or patient management.
- Financial advice, credit, lending, insurance or investment decisions.
- Legal advice, legal filings or law enforcement use.
- Employment, housing, education or eligibility decisions.
- Biometric identification, surveillance or sensitive profiling.
If you use OmniDino in a high-impact context, you are responsible for human review, compliance controls, professional oversight and user disclosure where required.
7. Automation, Scraping and Load
You may not use OmniDino in ways that disrupt the platform or harm other users. Prohibited activity includes:
- Excessive automated requests designed to overload services.
- Bypassing rate limits, quotas, authentication or billing systems.
- Using bots or scripts to create fake accounts, abuse promotions or manipulate usage.
- Scraping, copying or extracting platform data without permission.
- Resending failed requests at abusive speed without proper backoff logic.
8. Resale, Key Sharing and Unauthorized Access
Unless explicitly permitted in writing, you may not resell, sublicense, share, rent, pool or redistribute OmniDino access, API keys, balance, model routes or account privileges.
- Do not embed private API keys in public websites or client-side applications.
- Do not share account access with unauthorized users.
- Do not use OmniDino to create competing abusive relay services or unauthorized token resale systems.
- Do not misrepresent OmniDino services as official services of third-party model providers.
9. Enforcement
OmniDino may investigate suspected violations and take action where necessary to protect the platform, users, providers or the public. Actions may include:
- Warning the user or requesting corrective action.
- Throttling, blocking or filtering requests.
- Suspending or revoking API keys.
- Suspending or terminating accounts.
- Withholding refunds where abuse, fraud or policy violations are involved.
- Preserving logs or sharing information with providers, payment processors or authorities where legally required or necessary for security.
10. Reporting Abuse
If you believe OmniDino is being used for abuse, fraud, security attacks, policy violations or harmful activity, please report it to us.
Include relevant details such as account email if known, request time, model route, screenshots, logs or a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, full API keys or sensitive payment information.
11. Changes to This Policy
OmniDino may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we may update the effective date above and post the revised version on this page.
Continued use of OmniDino after changes become effective means you acknowledge the updated policy.
