1. General Policy

OmniDino is designed as a usage-based AI workspace and API platform. Once paid credits or usage-based services are consumed, they are generally non-refundable.

2. Unused Credits

Unused credits may be eligible for review if a refund request is submitted within a reasonable time after purchase and no significant usage has occurred.

3. Consumed Credits

Credits used for AI chat, API calls, image generation, video generation or other AI services are not refundable once consumed.

4. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is confirmed, OmniDino may issue a refund or add equivalent credits to the user account after verification.

5. Failed or Interrupted Services

If a paid request fails due to a verified platform-side error and credits were deducted, OmniDino may restore the deducted credits or provide equivalent compensation.

6. Third-Party Provider Issues

OmniDino may rely on third-party AI model providers and payment processors. Availability, latency or limitations from those providers may affect service performance.

7. Subscriptions

Future subscription plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Subscription fees already charged may not be refundable unless required by law.

8. Abuse and Policy Violations

Refunds may be denied if an account is suspended for abuse, fraud, payment disputes, policy violations or unauthorized activity.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, contact OmniDino with your account email, payment reference, amount, date and reason for the request.
