FAQ

Troubleshoot connection problems in order.

Confirm that the API URL is https://api.omnidino.com without /v1. Also check the Key, balance, and Claude model permissions.
Confirm that Authentication is set to API Key and that you pasted an OmniDino Key rather than a Key from another platform.
The API URL path is usually wrong. The Anthropic Provider uses the root address, not the OpenAI /v1 address.
Check that Claude models have been added to an OmniDino channel and that the Key’s group can access them. You can also add the exact model ID manually.
Return to the model selector at the top of the chat page and confirm that the current model belongs to the Anthropic Provider rather than OpenAI or Gemini.
Switch to a model route that supports Anthropic Tools, disable unnecessary MCP tools, and test again.

Make Claude a dependable work partner in Cherry Studio.

Complete a basic text test first, then gradually add long documents, code review, knowledge bases, and agent tools.
