Balance Top-Up and Redemption

Choose a credit package on the OmniDino Pricing page and complete payment. After receiving a redemption code, redeem it in Wallet. The current top-up rule is 1 RMB = 1 USD Credit.

Top-Up Rules

1 RMB purchases 1 USD Credit.

OmniDino uses Credit as the unified billing unit. Text, code, image, and other model usage is deducted from your wallet balance.

¥1 RMB = 1 USD CreditFor example, paying ¥100 RMB gives you 100 Credits. Credit is an internal billing unit and cannot be withdrawn as cash or US dollars.

Receive a redemption code after payment, then redeem it in Wallet.

03Receive a CodeAfter payment, you will receive an OmniDino Credit redemption code.

04Open WalletSign in to api.omnidino.com and open Wallet or Redeem Credits.

05Redeem CreditsEnter the redemption code, submit it, and confirm that your balance increases.

Confirm and Pay

Verify the Credit amount and payment total before paying. Keep the order information or payment screenshot in case support is needed.

Get the Redemption Code

After successful payment, the system provides a redemption code. Do not share it publicly, because a code redeemed by someone else may not be recoverable.

Sign in to the OmniDino Console

Open https://api.omnidino.com, then open Wallet or the Redeem Credits page.

Enter and Redeem

Paste the code and click Redeem. Then return to Wallet or Dashboard and confirm that the Credit balance has increased.

Payment succeeded but no code was received

Check the order page, inbox, and spam folder first. If the code is still missing, contact [email protected] with the payment time, amount, and order screenshot.

Need another payment method

If no suitable payment method is shown on the Pricing page, contact support to discuss other available options.

Never send full card details, payment passwords, API Keys, or unused redemption codes to anyone. Support normally only needs the order number, payment time, amount, and relevant screenshots.

No. Credit is prepaid OmniDino usage balance and can only be used for model and platform services.

Check whether the code is complete, already used, or contains spaces. If it still fails, contact support with the redemption time and an error screenshot.

The current process provides a redemption code after payment, which must then be redeemed manually in Wallet. Not every order automatically adds balance.
